Welcome to the Cibarix™ TFFC API. The Cibarix™ Operating System exposes The Frozen Food Courier's cold-chain courier capabilities — rating, serviceability, shipment intake and real-time status — as clean, versioned REST services under the CBX product line. New to the API? Start with the full API reference — one spine with shared authentication, conventions and errors.
Quickstart
Get a rate to a Cape Town address in one call — replace $KEY with the Bearer key TFFC issued you:
curl https://api.tffcs.co.za/carrier/v1/rates \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $KEY" -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"delivery_address":{"code":"7700"},"parcels":[{"submitted_weight_kg":5}]}'Typical flow: serviceability → rates → shipment → status via CBX Subscriptions. No key yet? Ask TFFC to issue one.
Base URL
All services live under https://api.tffcs.co.za/{service}/v1 — e.g. https://api.tffcs.co.za/carrier/v1/health. The version is in the path; a breaking change ships as /v2 alongside /v1.
Authentication
Each store or partner is issued a Bearer key by TFFC. Send it as Authorization: Bearer <key> on every request (except the public /health). Lost a key? Ask TFFC to revoke & re-issue.
